All of our technicians have previously worked for various American appliance repair companies. While we gained valuable experience, we were not always comfortable with how customers were treated — especially when companies charged overpriced service fees that technicians had no control over. So, we made a conscious decision to build something better. We came together organically — a group of technicians who share the same values — to create a company with an honest name and an impeccable reputation.
We removed call centers and unnecessary middlemen, so our customers communicate directly with the people who will repair their appliances. This allows us to offer fair pricing, honest recommendations, and truly personal service — the kind of service we would want for our own families.
