2. Scheduling and Appointments
2.1 Appointment Booking
Appointments can be scheduled through our Website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Appliance Smart Solutions.
2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Customer Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.
- Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or technician availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
- No-Show Policy: If you are not present at the scheduled appointment time, a $75 no-show fee will be charged.
2.3 Service Windows
We provide appointment windows rather than exact times. Our technician will contact you prior to arrival within the scheduled window. Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the entire service appointment.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Service Fees
